1976–1986: Secondary School No. 68, Yerevan.
1986–1992: Yerevan Polytechnic Institute; Specialty: Mechanical Engineering Technology, Metal-Cutting Machine Tools and Tools. Qualification: Mechanical Engineer.
Professional Experience
1993–1997: Ararat Regional Customs House of the RA Customs Administration: Inspector, Senior Inspector, Shift Supervisor, Head of Unit, Head of Department, Deputy Head of Department.
1999–2024: Served in the National Security Service (NSS) of the RA, holding various positions.
2012–2019: Deputy Head of Customs at the State Revenue Committee (SRC) of the RA.
2019–2021: Adviser to the Minister of Environment of the RA.
2023–2024: Assistant to the Chairperson of the Civil Aviation Committee of the RA.
2025–2026: Head of Security at "Homelix Hyper Mall" LLC.
January 16, 2026 – Present: Appointed Deputy Head of the Ecopatrol Service by Decree No. 8-A of the Minister of Environment.
